Your First Visit

1 Comprehensive Exam

X-rays, photos, and a full extra- and intra-oral exam to help develop your personalized treatment.

2 Hygiene Assessment

Your hygienist checks your gum health and recommends treatment to reach your optimal oral health.

3 Your Personalized Plan

We discuss your treatment plan and cleaning, and answer every question before you leave.

Arriving under emergency circumstances? Relieving your discomfort is always our top priority, we’ll assess your situation, do a specific examination, and take x-rays as needed, right away.

Save time, fill out forms online

Click the links on the right to complete the forms at your convenience, either on your phone or at home. If you prefer to do it in person, arrive 15 minutes early and we’ll have them ready for you at the front desk.

* The pediatric form applies to all patients under 12 years old.

We recommend children visit as early as age one. Even before all their teeth arrive, it lets us monitor development, catch concerns early, and get to know your child, so their first visit feels familiar, not scary.

Your coverage is set by your insurance company, not us, here’s exactly how it works.

Direct billing

We bill your insurance company directly as a courtesy, so you only ever pay the difference.

Alberta fee guide

Our office follows the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. Coverage varies by plan, so fee differences may apply.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve dedicated time and space, with your dentist, hygienist and an operatory, for every patient. If you can’t make it, we ask for at least 1 business day (24 hours) notice to reschedule.
