Welcome to our new and updated website! We’ve added a few things to help us serve our dental family even better! Here are some of our new features:
- You can now request appointments online! Just fill out our Appointment Request form and someone in our office will contact you, either via email or phone call, to book an appointment.
- We now have downloadable Medical/Dental History Forms! If you are a new patient to our clinic, you can now download a Medical History Form and have it filled out before you arrive at our office.
- Our New Patient page is full of useful information about your first visit to Apollonia Dental Clinic, including information about your child’s first visit, how dental insurance works and our office cancellation policy!
We have changed many other things on our new website, including a new FAQ page, new photo gallery and updated information about the services we provide here at Apollonia Dental Clinic! So please take a look around and we hope you enjoy our new website!
