COVID-19 Update

March 16, 2020
12:03 pm

To our Apollonia Family,

With the current situation concerning COVID-19 continuing to rapidly evolve, we at Apollonia Dental Clinic are doing our best to stay diligent and up-to-date with any new information. As of March 16^th, we are still remaining open to provide treatment to our patients. We have always, and will continue to, uphold the highest standard of cleanliness at our office. Surfaces are disinfected continuously throughout the day and all of our equipment is sterilized according to best practice standards. Additionally, there are multiple hand washing stations located throughout our office and we have placed hand sanitizer at our front desk.

We strongly recommend patients who are ill, have travelled outside of Alberta within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Alberta within the last 14 days, to stay at home. The safety of our staff and our patients is of utmost importance to us, and we ask anyone coming into our office to respect that.

If you are feeling ill, have developed symptoms, have travelled or been in contact with someone that has travelled outside of Alberta, please refer to the online COVID-19 Self Assessment form by Alberta Health Services:

https://myhealth.alberta.ca/journey/covid-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx

Do not proceed to hospitals, medical/dental offices, labs or healthcare facilities without consulting with Health Link (811) first. If you have a true medical emergency and need immediate attention, please call 911.

We remain committed to our Apollonia Family, and doing our part to continually support the health and well-being of our community. We are closely monitoring the ever-changing situation and adjusting our procedures and protocols as necessary. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we will continue to update everyone if more information regarding our office develops.

Thank you for your support and most importantly, please take care.

Sincerely,

Apollonia Dental Clinic
